Three Referral Programs in One
Today we’ll be looking at the ins and outs of our referral program, which lets you earn money by promoting our services. In this article, we’ll show you step-by-step how to sign up and start earning.
The referral program applies to three types of services:
- Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
- Cloud Storage
- Baremetal services (Dedicated Servers, Colocation, etc.)
Individuals who promote our services, called affiliates, receive 10% commission on their referrals’ monthly service payments for six months.
This money is added to the affiliate’s bonus balance on the first of each month and can be used to pay for Selectel services or be transferred to their bank account. The minimum transfer amount is 10 000 rubles.
New Control Panel Instructions
You can get your referral code by following these simple steps:
- Enter the control panel by clicking the user icon on our website.
- Register an account or sign in using your login and password. In the control panel, open the user menu and choose Referral Program.
- After agreeing to the terms and conditions, you will find your referral link and information on your referrals.
Under Payment History, you’ll find a list of earnings from referrals.

Affiliates are guaranteed commission for six calendar months + the remainder of the first month that services are ordered and paid for by your referrals.
Three Referral Programs in One
The Selectel referral program is actually three programs, each with a different payment source.
Commission for each referral is paid for half a year. If that referral then starts using another service, such as Cloud Storage or the VPC, a year later, the affiliate will be paid 10% the sum of those services starting the moment they’re paid for and used.
Calculating Commission
Let’s say on a April 25, a referral starts using all of our services for 10 000 rubles per month.

How Does the Program Work If a Client Uses All Services
To demonstrate how commission is calculated, let’s look at an example:
Let’s say a client registers in the control panel from your referral link, then orders and begins using Cloud Storage in April. The Affiliate receives 10% the amount paid for this service for the remaining days in April and then the following six full months.
If this client decides 10 months later (say on February 12) to start using either a dedicated server or the VPC, then 10% of those service payments will be paid to the affiliate for the following six months and the rest of February.
Conclusion
